We purchased a Vanguard Tub through Hot Spring Spas of La Crosse in late October of 2003. The quality of service and attention paid to detail on the part of the dealer was outstanding. They paid particular attention to our questions and did an excellent job of matching our needs with a product that has the appropriate features.
The follow up service has also been excellent. Casey and Melissa truly have the customer's needs in mind.
The quality of the product has met our expectations. We enjoy the tub, using it at least 4 to 5 times per week, mostly with the whole family in at the same time.
Once again, I will continue to refer others to Casey and Melissa and their staff at Hot Springs.

We are also very pleased with the installation of the spa on the deck we had built for it behind our home. Their service is timely, efficient, and accommodating.
Melissa is particularly helpful with our questions about which chemicals to use, how much, etc.
Our spa is a joy to use, especially at night gazing at the stars and listening to the birds in the morning. I feel the spa is also a health benefit for me, both for achy muscles and circulation. And getting to sleep is no longer a problem after a relaxing soak.
